Meet the owners of Insightful Business Solutions

Mchael Row, Founder and CFO, (also known as MR QuikBooks) has a distinguished eleven years in banking and bank management throughout Northern California and also worked four years in the stock brokerage business, as an analysis and stockbroker. During the same time period Michael taught banking and finance at the community college level for six years. After a short period of forensic accounting and investigation, he went to work for a small public company in Sacramento, first as their Controller and then as the Chief Financial Officer for a total of eleven years. Michael has started and operated a number of successful businesses including ABC Business Services and Michael Row Productions.

Michael has been working with Quickbooks and Bookkeeping clients since 1991. In 2004 he began expanding his Quickbooks, bookkeeping-accounting and consulting services. He has been teaching Quickbooks classes for the past fourteen years at all levels, beginning, intermediate and advanced. Michael also works as a part time CFO or accounting manager for clients in addition to serving on the Board of Directors for a few.

Michael possesses excellent analytical and accounting skills, is a good communicator and can work as a member of a team. With an extensive financial background, Michael is right the person for your company or project.

On the personal side, he is a husband, father and grandfather who loves reading and karaoke.

Janice Jordan, CMO & Managing Director - Past experience includes, Owner and Operator of Angel Platters A Village Cafe, a give back to the community restaurant, Speaker, Trainer, Author, and Coach. Janice strongly believes networking is the way to market your business and referrals are a great way to grow your business. Janice herself networks through many chambers and organizations. She currently serves on the Leadership Team for the Tapestry Network and served as the  Director of the Sacramento Tapestry Network.

Janice is the author of, It's More than Wine and Meatballs... Secrets to More Effective Networking and Growing through Referrals and has an extensive sales and marketing background.

Janice has been networking way before it was cool. She grew many sales territories and businesses through networking and relationship building for companies like Xerox, Val Pak, PenneySaver, and even a funeral home.

Specialties: Marketing, Relationship Building, Running and managing business. Connecting business to business through referral.

On the personal side, she is a wife and grandmother, paints in watercolor, loves cooking, baking and gardening.

Tish Abraham

Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor

It all started in her teen years when Tish went to work with her dad (Michael Row) to help prepare shareholder proxies and gain general office experience. Soon she moved on to accounts payable gaining valuable experience along the way. In early 2000, Tish and her husband were working as real estate agents for Keller Williams, as well as building their family of six. In 2018, Michael asked her to join him and Janice in their growing bookkeeping business. Since joining the team Tish has found her niche and is now a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor and loves numbers.


Cindy Hoff


Cindy is a retired school teacher turned bookkeeper. Her first experience with Quickbooks was while keeping the books for her husband's roofing company, in the Bay Area thirty, years ago. After moving to Sacramento, Cindy met Tish and her family in 2006. In 2019, she was asked to join the IBS Team part-time as a bookkeeper. She enjoys working with the team and building relationships with our clients.
